International Shipping
We can not ship our products to certain countries. In general, this is because of laws, but in a few cases, it is because the postal service has proven to be so poor, and packages almost never arrived. The countries that we will not ship to are: Belarus, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, North Korea, South Africa, Syria
All international orders are shipped by Taiwan Chunghwa Post or UPS or FedEx or SF-Express or other freight forwarders.
* At least one phone number must be provided, the courier can contact you when the package out for delivery.
* Some countries may need to provide ID number or VAT number or more information.
* All freight rates apply to non-remote areas only, If shipping to remote areas, additional charges may apply.

If for any reason, you fail to pick-up your parcel on time or refuse package, it may be returned back to us in Taiwan and you will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order to another or the same delivery address at a later time. You will also be responsible for any return fees. Your shipping address must be correct. We take no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, such as where there is no such person at the address, the person has moved or your have provided the incorrect location address.
Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We can’t tell you exactly what the charges will be, but here’s a duty calculator to help with estimation https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. In the event that the extra charges exceed the value of the order, we may charge those amounts to the credit card originally used for the order.
Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, it is possible to return it for refund within 7 days of receipt. Please first email us to sales@vehelec.com for return authorization.
Return for Refund: within 7 days of receiving your product. (unopened)
Return for Replacement: within 7 days of receiving your product. (damaged or defective)
No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorization. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with order unmber and a small note for the reason of the return.
Customer shall cover the cost of returning the product and need to pay for shipping. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
